This package includes everything in our Implementation package PLUS job description creation (up to 3 per month), career paths identification, quarterly organizational design reviews, monthly performance review execution, employee relations support (for leaders), and handbook maintenance (2 states included).

This package includes one additional 30min. meeting every week -or- one 60min. meeting every 2 weeks.

Priced per month. Minimum 3 month contract with 50% due at signing.

Empower Package

This package includes everything in the Launch package PLUS an interview question & scoring template, interview & hiring best practices tool kit, new hire onboarding checklist, performance review cycles template (30, 60, 90 & annual), and review cycles implementation guide.

This package includes one additional 60min. structured interview training session and one 60min. review cycle implementation and tracking session. These sessions are best for managers and HR to attend.
